• Grande Capital Limited as the sole sponsor and underwriter on the HK $133 million share offering and IPO of CTR Holdings Limited (HKEx: 1416) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. CTR Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based contractor specialising in structural engineering works and wet architectural works.
• Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited (HKEx: 1470) in its HK $160 million share offering and IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited was a watch retailer in Hong Kong focusing on Swiss-made, mid-end watch brands of long years of history.
• Kingsway Capital Limited as the sole sponsor and underwriter on the share offering and IPO of EJE (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited (delisted) on the GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. EJE (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of mattress and soft bed products.
• Riverine China Holdings Limited (HKEx: 1417) in its HK $214 million global offering and IPO on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Riverine China Holdings Limited is a property management company in the PRC.

Mergers and Acquisitions

• Advised A8 New Media Group Limited (Previously HKEx:800) on its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement.
• Advised China Boqi Environmental (Holding) Co., Ltd. (HKEx: 2377) on share buy-back by voluntary cash offer and the relevant whitewash waiver application
• Advised Poly Culture Group Corporation Limited (Previously HKEx:3636) on its privatisation by way of merger by absorption.
• Advised the offeror, China Uwin Technology Co., Limited, in the acquisition of approximately 63.75% of the total issued shares of Global Uin Intelligence Holdings Limited (HKEx: 8496) and the mandatory cash offer.
• Advised Solargiga Energy Holdings Limited (HKEx:0757) on its disposal of a subsidiary, which constituted a very substantial disposal and connected transaction.
• Advised Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd (HKEx:0686) on its engineering, procurement and construction contracts which constituted very substantial acquisitions and major transaction.
• Advised Yestar Healthcare Holdings Company Limited (HKEx:2393) on a possible subscription of its shares by a biotech company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange which would result in a whitewash transaction.
• Advised Southwest Securities International Securities Limited (HKEx:0812) on its right issuing.
• Advised Jiangxi Copper Company Limited (HKEx: 0358) on its whitewash transaction.
