Eason has over 8 years of experience, his main focusing areas are private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law matters. Prior to joining Commerce & Finance, Eason worked at Fangda Partners and DLA Piper as a registered foreign lawyer for 5 years, and also worked in Troutman Sanders LLP.
